Request a VoIP Server

We will provision a new VoIP server for your customer within 24 hours of your request and we will email you the details you need to access it when the server is ready. This is not a real-time process.

You will be invited to request a VoIP server when you first save the customer record but if you didn't do it at that time you can do it now.

To request a server:

Click on the Overview tab on the customer record.

Click the Add Service or Product button.

Choose the address to allocate the server to. This almost always will be the “Main” site. It is possible to add multiple sites for a customer and to allocate separate servers for each site.

Tick the button marked VoIP Service and click Next.

Click Next and fill out the server form and click Next.

You will be notified within 24 hours with the server details.
