Request Integration with Third-Party Software

This is most likely to apply to customers in specific industries – such as private hire & taxi operators – where we have off-the-shelf integration tools. It is important to make such a request at the same time as requesting the VoIP server because we might have to provision the new server with different or additional software modules.

On the customer record Overview tab in the portal – click the button for Add a Service or Product.

Choose the site address for the service by clicking Choose Address.

Tick the button for VoIP integration and click Next.

Enter the name of the software company and briefly explain the level of integration required then click Next.

You will be notified within 24 hours of the connection details for your software.
