Star codes for administrators - Quick reference

These codes activate or deactivate features that affect the system as a whole. They can only be used by extensions that are set up as “Operator Extension” in the system control panel.

*30Clears all incoming call diversion features
*32<number>Sets diversion for ALL incoming calls to the given number.(a landline, mobile or an internal extension)
*32Clears incoming diversion (all calls)
*33<number>Sets diversion for incoming calls to the given number when the main line is BUSY
*33Clears incoming diversion (on busy)
*34<number>Sets diversion for incoming calls to the given number when the main line can’t be answered
*34Clears incoming diversion (on no answer)
*39Clear diverts all DDIs set to default inbound call action only
*39<number>Set divert to a number for all DDIs set to the inbound default call action only
*310Clears “night mode”
*311Enabled “night mode” - All incoming calls will be sent to the answering machine
*317Toggles “night mode” on an off with one star code
*319Enabled “alternative mode” - All incoming calls will follow alternative mode extensions or global setting
*330Turns off the simple auto attendant
*331Turns on the simple auto attendant
*56Set DND status so that it acts as Busy status and follows any busy forwards
*57Clear DND status following Busy status processing
